I was ordering some brochures from www.cpsc.gov and while I was there, I took a look at the recalls and found the following of interest items to home inspectors.

I for one was very impressed with the video. It is amazing how a simply metal shroud can keep the gas from escaping. I was truly amazed they used the fexible conduit to carry the gas to the burner now and it does not escape from under the water heater. They should have done this a long time ago.
