CPSC Recall

I found one of theseon an inspection this afternoon that was just recalled. Thanks to the CPSC website, I was able to inform my client on site and avoid a potential disaster!!!

Maybe not relevent to homes, but certainly relevent to Clients!

So both of you check each and every appliance on site ?
Please announce it for the public right here .

Nope… not what I’m sayin at all. Don’t be putting words in my mouth…

Saved… to prove what an instigating a s s you really are.

Who ever said that non-recallcheck owned inspectors don’t check for recalls? I’ve been doing it for longer than I can remember.

BTW… since your “service” does NOT cover appliances OVER 10 years old, does it at least check for recalls on those units? Or are those people sleeping at their own risk???

Nate I was just wondering how Linas found one on site .
Why would he be able to do that and if he did is he now expected to do so at every inspection.
I know the answer but he did not bother to meet with the former IDFPR former prosecutor last week with the rest of us NACHI Chicago guys.

In another thread Bob mentioned he Only checked one, maybe two, appliances for recall; then left checking additional appliances to the client.

Problem with that scenario is the buyer won’t be able to acquire model numbers until After they purchase the house.

If fact several RecallChek subscribers have said on this board they only check a limited number, such as furnace, dishwasher; and let the clients deal with the rest.

Perhaps stalker Bob is hitting the bottle early tonight and can’t keep his story straight. It will get better as the night goes on.

Honestly, I think that’s a stretch. I’m not sure that the message is one, that is being delivered in good faith, IMO.

I understand your having a vested interest in placing said spin on the product being sold, but saying it’s Crazy and others are leaving homes where there is a potential Fire Hazard is less than a truthful statement.

I’d say that to promote our profession and to deliver attributes is something of value… messages like the above are not.

Linas your obsession with drinking and perversion is now legendary so time to re frame yourself as it is becoming creepy.

Back to subject why did you happen to check one appliance on site or did you check them all and do you perform this check at every property ?
Just curious.

Try and stay focused by switching to coffee.
Just got back from an inspection by the way.

Yes I enter a model number or two for clients and it does not need to be before closing as once a recall is found it is up to the manufacturer to fix or replace rather than the seller.

RecallChek allows clients to enter model numbers for as many appliances as they wish and at any time they wish with constant updates for life.

Are you going to check every appliance once a month for life on your own ?
I sure the heck have no time for that which is why Recallchek is such a great service to offer my clients.

You have some reason for not offering this service ?

You are good at spinning twisting.
