I was busy kicking computers this morning. Unfortunately my laptop decided it did not want to connect to the internet this morning. Maybe it is because I kicked it icon_biggrin.gif

Dave,

When they say to "boot" your computer they do not mean that literally. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Since I was not among the majority, I am left wondering where everyone else took home inspections 101.

If you look closely, it’s actually back-pitched

The bottom of that AAV needs to be 4" above the horizontal branch drain (IRC P3114.4 and see CodeCheck figure below) … unless thats an optical delusion, it would be illegal … icon_confused.gif

Also looks like an incorrect pipe fitting for the left sink, and it might be 1988 ABS pipe from the ASTM designation. There were problems with some ABS pipe between 1984 and 1990 ... not really sure thats the same pipe though.

Hi to all,

I too answered "all of the above."

But I didn't have the proof to back it up

Nice Robert. . . nice.

So I think the answer (not there) would be "I: B, C, & D Only" , but I did put "All of the Above" thinking it was the "Best" answer ... Gerry can be pretty tricky sometimes ... ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)
