Peter, I like your idea of doing a crawl space week, I will start researching some pictures for it. I do not have too many of them so if anyone can help me out with some either post them to the picture library, or email them to me at education@nachi.org

Shame on you Gerry ... making decisions for your client again (duck). Buying an existing house is like buying a used car ... they are not perfect, and will need to be maintained.
If there are not other major things wrong with the house and a client is willing to spend the money for a new roof (or maybe even get a price break for that work) ... then it could be the right one for them. Only they know that ...
