Gerry, in my opinion, one of the answers should have been “Call 911”.
Below are pictures of a private school that had a three story section
collapse early on a Sunday morning back in January. Could you imagine
if this had happened during a school day with the classrooms full of students. 
The official cause of the collapse; a contractor had excavated too much
of the soil away from the foundation in the area of the collapse.

Wow! That is incredible. Feel sorry for anyone that might have inspected that building recently. Can you imaging missing something that would have led to that. Talk about an insurance claim.
