Gerry, in my opinion, one of the answers should have been “Call 911”.

Below are pictures of a private school that had a three story section
collapse early on a Sunday morning back in January. Could you imagine
if this had happened during a school day with the classrooms full of students. ![icon_eek.gif](upload://yuxgmvDDEGIQPAyP9sRnK0D0CCY.gif)

The official cause of the collapse; a contractor had excavated too much
of the soil away from the foundation in the area of the collapse.

Wow! That is incredible. Feel sorry for anyone that might have inspected that building recently. Can you imaging missing something that would have led to that. Talk about an insurance claim.

There appears to be a moderate amount of dirt erosion in the area of the foundation. Recommend further evaluation of the condition by a dirt contractor, today icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

I guess you shouldn’t get drunk and have a party on the front porch. I can’t believe that John would post his own house though.

That does look extremely rough.

That's funny. How did you know that this was my house. Actually I just moved my mother-in-law in and needed a bigger septic system put in.

You can fess up. I hear that the state highway dept just purchased your front yard so they can widen the highway. Heard that you made a fortune on the state buy back ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

There is a veteran inspector out there that protects himself very well by reporting that such and such needs to be fixed NOW! Jerry P. is it you?

No beatin' around the bush at all.
