Where is the cricket?


What is this uncompleted part of the picture up top?


Do not see the whole picture!


Is this a parapet wall?


Is this plastic tile or the real thing?


Is this the back side of a fireplace?


Hard to comment on a partial picture where the inspector is in a panoramic vision state and the viewer is in an area of a 10x10 area.


The finish on the picture is recognized as EIFS. Is that correct?

Marcel to answer youer questions. My opinion is as follows. You are correct, where is the cricket?
The part you observe as uncompleted is a roof vent with flashing.
It looks like concrete tile. And yes that looks like a stucco chimney.
