I have to agree with Rob it has a broom stick holding it up it is leaking from the sink it is leaking at the floor and the sink is damaged .

Mr Smith and his wife are like most other Canadian we love Americans .
He loves you so much he lives all summer on his house boat on the Canadian side of the Niagara River South of the USA.
In the winter he only goes West about 20 more miles away from the Good old USA.
I did not make a mistake where he keeps his Boat the USA is to the North.

How about no VISIBLE trap?


Couldn't there be one in the floor? Would a lack of odor from the drain indicate that one is there? Or is that not good indicator?
