to my understanding with the new codes laws that just took place , there is going to be inspections on new construction (homes , buildings ), to where an inspector is going to have to go in and inspect every phase of the new constuction. Is ther any new certification or test that are needed to be able to do these inspections? This could be a lot of extra work for inspectors. Thanks Greg

Greg,

This will actually have very little effect on the basic home inspection. It
generally has to do with new construction, but if you want to get in on
this then you have to be employed by the inspection company your township or municipality is using as their 3rd party, such as
Guardian or somebody like that.
