C, is probably what I see the most from those choices.
Unprofessional repairs around vent flashing and the flashing ‘edges’ are not visible to determine whether they over lap the tiles properly. Vent pipes do not extend high enough to completely clear the roofing materials.Wire mesh looks to be installed to prevent pest intrusion.
Biofilm from the growth can cause clogging of the condensate drainage and resulting leaks.

Plumbing vent pipe(s) terminated less than 6 inches above the roof surface below. Debris can block vent pipe extension openings with such short pipes. Blocked vent pipes can cause sewer gases to enter living spaces. Recommended that a qualified contractor repair per standard building practices.
