Radon pipe condensation?

I just got a call from a friend. He said that he has significant condensation from mitigation pipe. I don’t remember seeing serious condensation from Radon pipes. Any thoughts?

I have seen several that have installed a condensation by-pass kit on the tubing.Radon condensation bypass kit
