Radon QA/QC plans

I just took NRPP test and passed last week. Is there something I can use as a basis on making the QA QC plan? I am lost on what to do. I will be getting detectors in a few weeks from another inspector.

I am in a non-regulated state, so I have no requirements. What does your state require?

This may have all the information you need.

As of right now, I believe the state is not regulated. They are in the process of becoming that way but to get certified with NRPP they require a QA/QC plan on file

It’s been a few years since I have looked into it. At the time, Sun Nuclear offered templates for the QA & QC plans if you purchased their monitors.

Not sure where you are located, but here are a few links that should help…

Quality Assurance Plan for Conducting Radon Measurements Template (core-docs.s3.amazonaws.com)

Quality Assurance Plan for Conducting Radon Measurements Template (state.mn.us)

US EPA Search

And one from Canada I think
