Realtors in FL 37000.00

The inspectors down here, are all working for peanuts, they obey the buyers and the realtors, like dogs, they are all making mistakes, they are only observational, no roof, no crawl space, no roof walk, they are root, 0 knowledge, no attic crawl, no talk, plus the clients are all a bunch of foreigners that want to pay garbage, the all drive best brand automobiles and at the end, six month later, Big Roof leaks, plumbing problems, electrical problems and on top, the Contractors are pay peanuts, they pick all of this undocumented aliens and pay even less. South Florida ain’t the US any more, is sad to say, I have try not to believe it, but is true.
Hope some one does something

Shouldn’t be an issue anymore.

Hello Cesar. Thank you for the invitation to visit. That is very nice.
If your business has been slow there may be some simple things you can do to get more work and get more money.

  1. I tried to load your web page but it is broken. https://www.homeinspectionpromiamifl.com/

2)I looked at your Linked-In and I noticed that your introduction essay is overflowing with grand accomplishments but is so burdened by grammatical errors and a lack of focus that it does not paint your career in a favorable way. (24) Cesar Bikic | LinkedIn

  1. I did a Facebook search for you and did not find you

  2. I did a google search on you and again, you are not easy to locate. Potential customers are not finding you when they search for a qualified and experienced home inspector in North Miami.

If you have the experience and skillset then the future could be bright for you, with some help in the marketing area. Are you open to the idea of getting help with growing your business?

Are you open to the idea of working for a larger multi-inspector firm as a trainer for the younger inspectors. You may have a lot to offer these people.

These are only my initial reactions after a short time of research of your business. There are many ways to succeed in this market.

I want to also reiterate that there are some fine home inspectors in Florida who offer great service to their customers and also get paid well for their efforts.

I would be honored to meet you for coffee some day and compare notes and help each other in friendship. Be well, Cesar.

What’s the significance of the “37,000.00” in the thread title?

Yen? Peso? (Biden’s) USD?

Sounds about right, high competition in state, and too many inspectors for too little business. But if you believe the propaganda minister from your state, and now our great national leader, all is gonna be great in no time at all!

Hang in their Cesar, I think the raids for the illegals started last night, if not then today.

Soon you should have more work than you can handle, the price of a gallon of gas will soon be under a dollar, and eggs will be cheaper than dirt, AND you’re going to get a huge tax cut to boot.

It’s all good now. :grinning:

I’ve been inspecting down here for over 40 years until lately. And I double my prices on some of them. And I always seem to make decent amount of money without any problems

Due to it being so easy to get a HI license in FL, you do have an over abundance of inspectors. The last I heard they have around 11,000 home inspectors in the State! Granted about 50% or better have never inspected a home! I think the 37,000 are the number of licensed real estate agents in FL.

Yeah, Nick can have that effect on Members!!

Biden attempted to do the same for America, his time is up.

I thought that might be it but the “.00” at the end threw me

There are 24315 Real estate agents in Florida as of November 14, 2024; which is an 6.04% increase from 2023.

That’s weird. I flew down to Bradenton to informally inspect a couple of houses for a private investor, who provided me with the two reports he already had from a Florida licensed inspector. I was impressed with how thorough and accurate those reports were, I had almost nothing to add. I was told that the Florida regs require all inspectors to have very detailed reports, and that they were usually paid quite a bit more for inspections than we are here in NJ as well. This was about two-three years ago. I felt that the detailed, customized inspection reports that are supposedly required in Florida were about equivalent in quality to the ones I already produce, so I actually got the impression that I would have a better business in Florida than I do here (although I have no intention of moving).
