What is this besides a regulator of some kind, any help would be greatly appreciated.
First question is did you clean off the label, and what does it say?

It’s not a regulator. There is a valve above the trap primer. The holes below the trap primer gave it away.

It will not cleanup otherwise i would have done that. The holes should have been the giveaway, but what a day. Thank you all for the input. You are all greatly appreciated.
