I do a lot of inspections where Carbon Black Sooting will ruin a good A/C System with the soot buildup. If you see it on the A/C Grills, they are burning a lot of candles. I always ask my clients “How many candles do you burn a week?” You would be surprised at the answers.You can also find it on carpeting, shows up mainly on white carpet.
