Ghosting

Looking for old threads on ghosting? Have some stains in the vaulted ceiling with no moisture issue. I am going tomorrow to take pictures. Just trying to do some homework before I inspect. Thank you

I would check the age of the furnace also if it is really bad , ask about candles being burnt

Also Incense, heavy smokers Wood fire place or stove .

I do a lot of inspections where Carbon Black Sooting will ruin a good A/C System with the soot buildup. If you see it on the A/C Grills, they are burning a lot of candles. I always ask my clients “How many candles do you burn a week?” You would be surprised at the answers.You can also find it on carpeting, shows up mainly on white carpet. People think it is mold here in S. Florida. Safe-Homes
