Russel, Nowhere on my website to i peddle to agents or anyone who can have any affect on the sale of the property. Please read full paragraphs and stop paraphrasing. By the way, your website is rediculous to navigate. You have so much junk stuffed into that thing there is no way a prospective customer is going to spend the required week to read it. There is also a lot of defensive writing, which is a turn off for most buyers. Especially when referring to other inspectors in your area. You sound desparate. Please refer to my comment to Kevin about advertising.
LMAO…your right, your 4 weeks in the business and ready to teach. Do you even have 500 inspections under your belt?
Your home inspection start at $275 then you have the $50 kick back so that is a whopping $225. And your the leader of the up and coming inspectors? You seem to put a value on the price of your education. I would rather spend $4000 on an education where someone can speak and teach from experience and real life what they have seen and what will happen, rather than spend $1000 on someone regurgitating ](regurgitating - Search ) the NACHI books.
And please don’t make fun of my website it really hurts me. I can see that your vast experience has lead you to buying referals. Some people just get them with honest, superior hard work. Some gotta pay $50.
I am very desperate for work, its a tough world out there. I am looking to increase my market share everyday and hopefully I will get more and more business. LAst year was a dissapointing 1082 Home Inspections, 1376 Mold tests, and 773 Radon tests.
I am working thard to bring those numbers up, and thanks for the encouragement. I do see you have a wonderful website, did you get ANYONE to give you a google plus one yet?
Keep working and get those young inspectors out there making that $225 an inspection. Way to try and keep the profession in the toilet.
