Russel you’re assuming again. Markets dictate prices that includes home inspectors. Check your math too- your numbers are sounding impossible again. Funny that you work so much but have hours to spend ripping apart other inspectors on a message board and researching their websites. Sounds like you may be embellishing. Must be some pretty quick inspections. I’d question the quality. And it doesn’t matter how many gmail accounts you make for yourself to give yourself +1’s. Everyone knows its a trick that dishonest business owners use to boost their google relevance. So pat yourself on the back and get back to the 18 inspections you have to do today. Get some rest, you’ve got another 18-25 to do tomorrow according to your numbers.
And what dark disgusting crevasse did you pull out the number 4 weeks for my experience? For a guy that has SO much education, your reading, research and math skills suck. I’d hate to see your reports.
*isnt it a gas having your professional life picked a part by a complete stranger Russ?
Pssst, stud muffin I am a multi inspector firm, but I guess you wouldn’t catch on to that. Not too bright are ya? Markets do not dictate pricing neither. People willing to take a ton of responsibility for nothing is what is ruining the market (you).
Why isn’t there a $25 car? Because no one makes one! See, if people like you would become professional instead of bottom feeding you would understand this concept. But instead your going to create more bottom feeders. Isn’t that just wonderful. I see why after l;ooking at your site you have no experience and the company seems relatively new. So I guess who you have no real credentials or experience to offer, bottom feeding is your last choice.
Do you think if Home Inspections where $450 that people wouldn’t pay that? YOUR WRONG. Know why people only want to pay $225, because not to swift of people are doing them for $225. Its YOU who dictates the market. But, once again, you just don’t understand it.
It people like you who screw it all up. Make it cheap for people to enter the field, make the profession into a $15 dollar an hour job. Soon people will have to pay $50 for referals! O’wait your already doing that.
So what else do you have for me? Do the math on that! Its called being professional. People here do inspections for $199.00 why aren’t they getting ALL the jobs if that is what the market dicates?
Its ok buddy, you will never understand the profession and you will never get it. The thing that gets me is your going to screw your Canadian brothers with unleashing more unprofessional people into the world of Home Inspections. $1000 to read a book to someone, thats not a deal at all.
Checking a report on a house you never seen. That makes no sense at all. But then again, its not about the profession it about you having to bottom feed and devising a way to make a living because apparently your Code of Ethics Violations bribing people and paying them $50 for a referal speaks volumes. Most people who deal with professionals give their name away for free gladly…and some have to pay for it.
Which are you again?
