Are there any home inspectors in the Monterey county / South Monterey county area that would be willing to take me on a ride along? I am a new inspector and am hoping to find someone more experienced to show me the ropes.
Anthony, you may want to contact some CMIs or CPIs within 40 to 50 miles, or closer, to your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring or hiring and some are into it just for the $.

Thank you for the response and resources! I am sure you are correct about some people feeling like they would he training their competition. I am just looking to do a couple inspections a month in my spare time as I have another full time W2 gig already.
Well, please don’t low ball the fees for our profession then.
