I’ve just completed my Home Inspection Training and looking for VA licensed inspectors that would be willing to take on an extra shadow. I live in Manassas, VA and I’m looking to complete the state required 25- ride along inspections.
I completely understand if this is something not feasible at the moment but would greatly appreciate any other suggestions/recommendations of people to reach out to.
Darryl, contact some CMIs within 40 to 50 miles, or closer, of your area and communicate with them. Maybe one will help you. Some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring.
