Not quite sure of the question.
The only "concrete roof" I am aware of is where the concrete is poured (and formed to look like courses of flat tile) on the roof as one large slab over the entire roof. We refer to them a Bermuda Roofs. Found only on some 50s and 60s homes in higher end (at that time) areas.
Or are you referring to concrete tile and clay tile?
Maybe the question just went ... whoosh ... over me?

Now I understand a little better, but do you want to “compare them” or do you want information on them, and what type of information?
They are two different animals from the tile up. From the tile down, they are the same.
If you are going to be checking an installation, find out who the manufacturer is and get a copy of their installation instructions. That will tell you exactly how it is supposed to be done (not how they will do it, but how it should have been done).
