Igor,

David has been testing his computing ability on another post also. I am pretty sure that he has it now and will remove the [IMG] tags before and after the link so it does not come up automatically for those dial up users with slow connections! ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Anyway....just like a plumber. If its in the way cut it out!

Igor,

Since I was there for all five of the eight children that are mine, I guess you could say that I am a pretty good coach. ![icon_cool.gif](upload://oPnLkqdJc33Dyf2uA3TQwRkfhwd.gif)

All I need to know now, is how do I add a clickable site to my post?

For example, if I wanted to show someone a site that interested me or them, they could click on the site name and it will take them right to that site.

I apologize for being computer illiterate but I want to learn.

Hi Dave,

I find the easyest way to link to another site is to just copy the browser address and then post it into my message, this is how we have posted the links to State legislation in that forum.

David,

Just don't forget to leave a space before and after the link. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Dave,

There are three ways to post a link. The first is putting "[URL]" at the beginning and "[/URL]" at the end of the link. For example:

[URL]http://www.nachi.org[/URL] will give you a link to nachi.org

The second way is a little more advanced but allows you to post text links. You use the [URL] tag, but you put the link inside the tag. For example:

[URL=http://www.nachi.org]This is a link to NACHI[/URL] will give you the text "This is a link to NACHI" as a link to nachi.org

The third and easiest method is just to post the whole link. As long as it's posted in http://domain format, it'll be fine.
