Anyone looking to sell their used copy of the 8th edition of the SC NASCLA book?
Yes I would. Contact me.
Anthony, you may want to leave a way to contact you. I don’t see one.
Larry,
You are correct. They can email aclate@crmservices.us or 843-353-8082
You don’t have to buy a book in South Carolina. You don’t have to pay someone to prep for a test. You do have to pay for a facility that hosts the test. You do have to pay for your license.
These are all part of the cost of doing business. The nice thing about being licensed in South Carolina is you have to get a license to be a home inspector! I don’t have to compete with the $200 Anyone can DIY home inspection.
A North Carolina home inspection license isn’t valid in South Carolina and vice versa. I don’t concern myself with any real estate agents and never have.
