Heading to a home inspection and I received a call from the realtor asking if I could meet for coffee before going to the scheduled inspection, I said sure it is on the way. After some small chit chat the realtor quickly came to the direct point of what he wanted, to assure this inspection would be done with no violations (wink, wink) because he wanted this deal done with no hold up’s and he would make sure I got better inspections later. I told him the inspection would be done adhering to the highest standards to the code of Ethics for home inspections thru NACHI, United Home Inspectors, and myself.
