Inspected 1964 home which has been flipped - pretty badly. The electric service drop connects to the house at the soffit, then enters the soffit and comes down a conduit to the meter on the side of the house. The service disconnect is another matter, but is the drop allowed to be enclosed in the soffit like this? It’s not visible or accessible.

BTW - I never do this, but the house is vacant. I threw the Sylvania 100-amp main breaker on the right… and it sprung back to ON…
