Old homes in Minneapolis. I’d say at this point 60-75% of them have collapsed sewers… that’s why. The realtors sell ‘em. I don’t upsell.
Collapsed sewer? Really. There’s no way people are living in a house and using the plumbing with a collapsed sewer pipe.
Yes there are… I see it weekly where sewage and water are running beyond the sewer pipe. Also give a good old google to “sand rock sewer west Saint Paul”… that’ll give an idea why I get so many sewer inspections and also why it’s important in out market. Repairs in the 30-40k range aren’t uncommon here…
