maybe lay some drain tiles inside n sump pump? loll

Here is a good one, A builder dug this foundation hole 4 feet deep 1 week ago with no way to get a positive drain. Perhaps they should consider pontoons, LOL., or add gutter extensions after building the house. :roll_eyes:
