So Trumps attorneys say the “billionaire” can’t post the bond to file an appeal. However, the Billionaire in the same case stated his property in FL was worth a Billion. Why can he not use that property as collateral? He says it worth more than the bond…right?
He’s going to win all the appeals, so why not start putting his assets up for collateral?
