The thing about stucco is this: Stucco is impermeable. Damage on the inside, such as moisture intrusion, is typically not evident on the exterior. In my opinion, the photos do not confirm or deny moisture intrusion.
The photos illustrate water is concentrated in this area, possibly from the roof. We do not know if it has infiltrated the building envelope. I would follow @ruecker advice. Simple and direct.
