89 inspectors at last night’s NACHI meeting. Representative Accavitti hung in there addressing our member’s concerns for nearly 2 hours. Thanks Frank.
He wants to get together with me one more time with the attorneys so I'm staying in Detroit thru Monday. This will be our 4th meeting regarding this licensing. It looks like MI will have a good licensing law. Rep. Frank Accavitti is a big supporter of NACHI and will be a guest speaker at future NACHI meetings.
NACHI Chapter President Paul Mooney did a superb job at getting the word out about this meeting. Nice job Paul (again).
And of course the most important part of the meeting... the food... was great ![icon_smile.gif](upload://b6iczyK1ETUUqRUc4PAkX83GF2O.gif) .

It was quite the crowd, wasn’t it? Pictures will be posted soon. I’ve had about a dozen people (so far) contact me asking how to join NACHI.
...On a personal note, I'd also like to take this opportunity to publicly express my appreciation & gratitude to my wife, Sharon, for running the registration table & collecting the money. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Sharon was the greatest. The place was packed (standing room only) and Representative Frank Accavitti was a few minutes late. When he arrived I turned to Sharon and said “I need your seat!” I felt horrible as I’m one of those sexist pigs that gives up his seat for every woman on the bus (or in my case… the Hertz shuttle from the airport). Sharon came to our rescue without blinking an eye. What a woman!
