Superior Product and Service seals are now tied to InterNACHI's Vendor Code of Ethics

Overruled… ignored… taken under advisement… rejected… failed to act…
Whatever.
All semantics.

The old policy was in harmony with the Vendor COE. It did not contradict it, but reinforced InterNACHI’s ability to enforce it.

Some undoubtedly perceived this as a threat.
Poof !
Gone in a keystroke.
Like magic!

Nick knows all that very well. Strike One

He is in so deep now he is lost and knows not what to do. Strike Two

He knows now he should have booted Nathan out months ago…Strike Three

And the Game Is Over !!!

Jim

When will it dawn on Nick that is playing for the wrong team?

Nick is demonstrating that being a marketing genius and being an effective manager of a large organization are not traits that typically exist in the same person.

He’s good at growing things.

Agreed, he took a little turd and turned it into a Big Smelly Shi.t

Jim

Nick agreed with this statement:

Wow.

So as long as the snake oil is 5 cents less, we are good to go.

How could I make a promise about a product that isn’t mine or that someone is honest? Don’t be absurd.

Try opening your eyes maybe?? Just a thought.

Jim

For starters, how about implementing the recommendations of the now defunct ESOP Committee when ever they find a vendor guilty of ethics violations.

Why should you have to make a promise?

Each member is a businessman that you think could make smart informed decisions either by themselves or with the advice of trusted council about what is good for their business.

Nick has built this organization to help each individual get what they need to succeed. You don’t have to use it all, but take what works for you or others and build a business.

Stop acting like daddy isn’t protecting you from the big evil vendors hiding in the closet.

Nick I am still very curious why do people that were not on that board have all the information and the rest of the general membership does not?

How odd they get the results before anyone else? How did the non ESOP people get their information? To me that is very serious and appears that some collusion was taking place behind the scenes.

Your not so bright…when you cannot get business by being better than others, providing a product people desire and are willing to pay for then you have to create another reason for them to use you…wake up and smell the coffee…

Not only that, but the ESOP Committee was kept in the dark in consideration to changes that were made to the COE.

Russ, take it easy on Troy,

Even though he feels the need to peddle recall checks, 90 warranties & alarm systems, I’m on the side that Troy is an excellent Home Inspector. :stuck_out_tongue:

Kevin, Russell hasn’t read the BS that was shoveled today by Chris so he speaks with no knowledge.

Jim

He knows now.

And I must say, he brought up an excellent point.

Whoever said that?

He sure has…LOL

"when you cannot get business by being better than others, providing a product people desire and are willing to pay for then you have to create another reason for them to use you…wake up and"

Let’s help finish that thought,

Release your clients Information to any vendor willing to compensate you for it… For products that you can provide to your clients for free and also Not have to sell their information.

Jim

Thanks man

As for the peddling, I’ve got this weird obsession of doing things that make my clients happy

As do we all. Oh and there are more ways than 1 to skin a cat.
