Me, Troy, and many others do profit from Recall Chek its called happy - happy clients who are willing to pay a premium for a premium service. Try offering a premium service and you know what will happen? You wont have this much time to spend on message boards!

Obviously not as that is impossible for you to do. Nathan has admitted that he subs out all the client data that you have released to him, to other third parties all unknown to you, thus you could not possibly comply with COE 7a.
NACHI COE:
7 Inspectors or inspection companies.
The InterNACHI member shall not release any information about the inspection or the client to a third party unless doing so is necessary to protect the safety of others, to comply with a law or statute, or both of the following conditions are met:
a. the client has been made explicitly aware of what information will be released, to whom, and for what purpose, and;
b. the client has provided explicit, prior written consent for the release of his/her information.

Just wanted to show you the light.
It is not your fault, you are doing what you need to do to get business and to provide your clients with a great service I am sure.
To be honest I am pretty sure recallcheck is a great product. That is why the CSPC created such a valuable service for people, and why other sites like We Make It Safer also have such a service.
Of course we all know that you can provide all your clients with any service they need but you could do it without releasing their private information and also compiling with the COE.
The choice is there and available.

Yes he sure did. One of the best things he did. I love it and thanked him tremendously, and we also made a private deal for it. He did that when we first met (online) and I actually used the alarm program until I started getting complaints about the verbiage in my agreements. I thought about it, and realized my clients were right. We made a few bucks together, and that was all she wrote.

Reminds me of that scumbag Warren Buffet who became super rich when taxes were low and now wants to raise taxes on the rich so that they can’t catch up to him and compete with him on the big deals. Jim got Nathan to build his video, made his money on Nathan’s alarm systems, and now wants to close the door on everyone else.
That’s weird because there are some here that believe once a statement is put into an inspection agreement it is somehow hidden.
