Superior Product and Service seals are now tied to InterNACHI's Vendor Code of Ethics

But Nathan it is you who demanded over and over they be posted.

You even said you would on the 22nd. Was that another lie?

Joe’s release request seems extremely reasonable in light of your threatening behavior here and in private.

What are you hiding Nathan?

Listen up blow hard,

Joe has agreed to let the truth be displayed for everyone here to see as long as YOU agree to nullifying the threats YOU made against him concerning those emails. This is about THOSE EMAILS & NOTHING ELSE - GET IT?

By your consistent ducking & your deceptive game playing, you make it apparent you have something to hide.

There you have it folks.

Nathan has no intention of posting the email exchange on the 22nd when he is “back in the office”.

The truth is not in him.

By your consistent ducking & your deceptive game playing, you make it apparent you have something to hide.

You’re kidding, right?

You have to actually read them to find out.

**P. Nathan Thornberrry is a serial liar.

I’m damn good at searching BTW.

Takes almost no time at all.

But the threats were based on if Joe released the emails, as Joe himself stated. So no waiver is needed if Nate releases them, which he should.

Unless both parties agree no release can or should be made.

Simple stuff for most to understand.

Yes, but if Nathan rescinds his threats against Joe, the emails could be posted today. Then we could put this issue to rest now rather than later.

Based on Nathans ducking the issue & diversionary tactics he’s attempted lately, I have my doubts that he will keep his word.

Nate can post them himself.

Once he does, he does so under the condition that he has granted the waiver, as he would have published them. This is the exchange in its entirety, not snippets.

As of this date, several days after the fact, Nathan seemingly ducks the issue.

He stated something about two days. Two days have passed. Then he mentions the 22nd.

I welcome his release of, and posting of the e-mail exchange. Unless and until he grants the waiver/hold harmless, which is DIRECTLY related to the threat of lawsuit indicated in the e-mails, I will not be the one posting them.

Nathan can clear all of this up at any time.

Well now you’re just making up pure fantasy.

Cam,

You may be right, but Nate’s seeming refusal to grant me the waiver or post them himself means that we will never know.

Nail, head, Direct hit.

I think it’s a little early to make that prediction. He’ll either do it or he won’t. Wouldn’t him requesting their release earlier this year effectively be a waiver anyway?

Do the old timers here remember the elderly lady?
Where’s the Beef ?

The new younger guys of today will have,
Where’s the emails ?
