I understand Troy, I was like you in that thinking until I pulled my head out of my arse and then changed to do the right thing.
Sorry that you are confused, you’ll be ok.
Jim
I’m not confused about what the right thing is at all.
It is odd that something “hidden” was pointed out to you is all.

Troy I know you are not confused, you choose to release your clients data to third parties who then release it again, and one can only guess where it ends up.

Look at you stating an assumption likes it’s a fact. You must be one of those “Trustworthy” inspectors.

Perhaps you could enlighten the discussion with your evidence of that?

Exactly. And it’s evidence that anyone could get by simply submitting their sister’s name and cell phone to see who calls her. I know, I’ve done it. No one unexpected called. No magazine subscription salesmen, no used car salesmen, no Viagara salesmen, nothing. So much for your dumb conspiracy theory Jim.

That is awesome. Of course now you have to resign because “you can never use Recallchek without breaking COE #7 .”

It’s a shame they didn’t call. I could be sitting in my new used car right now, reading 10 different magazines, feeling amorous.

LOL, my wife is wondering why I’m laughing out loud and waking up the baby.
“10 different magazines…” In 2013 that’s downright funny.

Try reading before opening your mouth. Nathan himself posted that he suns out the data he collects to other third parties.

Are you really dumber than an onion? or is this even Nick? maybe someone else posting for him?
Try reading before opening your mouth. Nathan himself posted that he suns out the data he collects to other third parties. In addition it was YOU yourself that stated the same concerns in your HON thread, so stop being an as.s and covering for your cash cow. It is so obvious it is pathetic and disgusting.

Yes, you mention your version of that quite often. The version I remember had to do with hiring extra workers to handle call volume in house. That’s a bit different than releasing client info to other third parties and then it gets sent into telemarketing oblivion. Now I admit my recollection may be flawed, but then my version is not being presented as fact and degrading fellow NACHI inspectors so it doesn’t really need evidence. Yours on the other hand could use a little foundation. You got anything other than your interpretation?

Baloney. You didn’t get complaint #1 about the verbiage and you didn’t have one single complaint about the phone calls either. This is the first you’ve said that anyways, which is more than enough evidence to show it’s a fabrication.
Keilson- I’m going to give you the same treatment Bushart has me in this exact thread, you know the guy- failed home inspector who tells you how to think- I’m going to give YOU the exact same treatment and you tell me if you feel like there’s any sort of ethics violation going on in this statement that I suppose I could represent as genuine like you and the morons do, but I wouldn’t. Oh, and I’ll add a little piece to mimic your treatment too…I hope this ranks real high for SEO…
The Unethical and Liar of a Home Inspector Jim Keilson from Maryland can’t be trusted. He simply misrepresents, spins, and twists whatever he has to. This is why Real estate agents who care about their clients and have integrity do everything to avoid the unethical inspectors like Jim Keilson and go to www.InspectionCentral.net to find inspectors who don’t put their clients lives in danger. We had to stop dealing with Jim Keilson, Maryland home inspector, because of the complaints, and from a functional perspective hiring an inspector that is likely incapable of thoroughly inspecting attics and crawl spaces is a breach of duty for any real estate salesperson in the Maryland market.
There ya go Jim, I can continue if you’d like. Of course I forgot to add this to my signature line to add to my credibility and be a good example like our ESOP chair;
“The opinions expressed by me are my own only and bla bla bla, lame attempt at covering up slanderous activity and thinking I can’t be sued because I play lawyer bla bla bla so seek your own advice and whatever”
Somebody obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.
Right after you release Joe from your threats so he can post the email exchanges we all are so eagerly awaiting, relax & have a good day Nathan.
