Suspect Frass, not sure it is from carpenter ants?

Came across one house basement, and found this, it looks like carpenter ants frass, but not quite sure. any ideas?

Ants, not likely carpenter ants.
I see dead insect parts in there also.

Agree. No damages were found. No water stain or any high moisture area surround.
