Tampa Bay Inspectors

Continuing the discussion from Local Inspection Fees:

Hi Curt- I am reading your post for the first time as I have just joined this forum. I am a licensed Home Inspector in the Tampa Bay area ( Riverview/ Brandon to be exact ) and I need more knowledge and exposure. I’m hoping you will be able to help me move forward
to learn the business by training and coaching or ride alongs. Thanks so much,

Willard Berger

“Curt” WHO? Odds are this “Curt” you speak of will never find this post unless you let him know it exists!!

I’ll pass the message to him for you. Curt is thorough and you will learn a lot from him.

Good luck and one piece of advice… never rely on the mounts for blinds to sucrely hold them in place when you pull the cord! Lift them with your hand as you pull the cord! Not that it’s EVER happened to me!

Hey man, I’m over in Clearwater. Send me a message if you’re still looking for some help

I wonder who told you that.

It was a smarter man than me… but I’ll catch up to ya one day!

Welcome to our forum, Patrick!..Enjoy!

Thank You.

Hi Larry. The E and O and GL insurance… Ive never had comm. insurance before. Almost by default i contacted the group listed in this site and got an annual quote for so and so dollars. Any and all opinions are welcome, specific to fla. regarding quality liability coverages. Thanks

Patrick, this is the place to share the prices you get to better help you out and others who may call the same company to get a better price for ourselves. I use CHUBB for liability and pay just over $600 per year and don’t do E&O. Typical quotes I got for both GL/ E&O was just over $2K

Thank you.
