Need some clarification.
I understand that if a heat pump is running in the summer, chances are it will be working in winter.
In summer, when the system is in A/C or is not a heat pump but an A/C, what is the process for testing the heat?
If it is just an A/C and not a heat pump, and the heat system is electric coils, basically an electric furnace, do you turn the A/C off and let it “warm”? If it is a heat pump, same process?
I test it it heat and cooling
How ever i also run the electric banks by themselves to make sure they work also .
