Something looks off with that bonding screw
is that a condo?
Pretty, but why is there a 4 wire feed and a bonding screw?
Re bonding screw: Looks like a subpanel; Neutral not bonded to panel (screw loose and not threaded in to panel box), Circuit grounds bonded to panel with aluminum grounding conductor from the main panel.
You can still have your fantasy, if you want.

I agree regarding the bonding screw being loose and not bonding the neutrals to the enclosure.
It is a pretty panel
Should that empty conduit be capped off ?
A main disconnect??
