HELENA — After a legal challenge that stretched out for over a decade, the Montana Supreme Court has invalidated a state law that would have required parental consent before a minor could get an abortion.
All seven justices ruled Wednesday that the law infringed on the right of privacy under the Montana Constitution, and that the state had not shown enough evidence to justify it as enhancing protections for minors.
It’s amazing how all that changed among the left when they rolled out the clot shot death jab following the Plandemic.
“If you have the election tomorrow… I think Harris would be a slight favorite,” Silver said Wednesday on “Special Report.” “She has been ahead in most recent polling in the ‘blue wall’ states, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada all polling in the margin of error range.”

“ICE must take immediate action to ensure the safety of UCs residing in the United States,” Inspector General Joseph Cuffari said in an alert. “Based on our audit work and according to ICE officials, UCs who do not appear for court are considered at higher risk for trafficking, exploitation or forced labor.”
He said the number of children who didn’t appear for their scheduled court dates, 32,000, “may have been much larger” had ICE issued the immigration summons, or notice to appear, to the 291,000 other children unserved as of May.
And New York is forced to make more families and children vulnerable.

The Biden-Harris administration has lost track of tens of thousands of migrant kids — yet the media that made a huge stink about the issue in the Trump years doesn’t care.
Tuesday’s damning Homeland Security Inspector General report revealed that 32,000 migrant kids failed to show up for court dates between 2019 and 2023, and the number of kids in the wind could be much higher, since 291,000 never got a notice to appear in the first place.
