I've had my binders for a couple of weeks now. After receiving my binders I just opened up one case and pulled out one binder to check the quality. Looked great.
After reading about your defects, I took every binder out and looked them over. Every one of them looked good to me.
I'm now in the preparation stages for the contents of this binder.

I too have ordered the binders. The Real estate Agents that I have been meeting with the past week are actually excited to get them. As I spoke with nick (e-mail) recently and mentioned that I had quite a few Realtors that I have appointments with to try and get our site NACHI on their web sites this also was of interest. The unfortunate part about the whole thing was the printing cost for the enclosures. Oh well, tax write-off I guess. Hope the binders get here soon so I can get them out to all I have met with. Good luck to all that are undertaking this endeavor. It’s been hectic, but fun. Take care.
