Tucson looks like the place to be.
Here ,(Smithville MO. just a few miles north of K.C. MO ) I think we reached the fifties after a previous week of below 0 wind chill.
I was also shoveling out 12" of snow in my current build job on thursday.
May seem like wacky weather to some but it's typical for this area.

All year 'round it's 68 to 73 for the high and about 55 for the low--
every day...
It only rains after midnight and before 5 am, and then very gently.
All the kitchen sinks have three faucets--"hot", "cold", and "Guinness"
and...
hold on a minute, people--I gotta reload this pipe.

As you can see it totally sucks and its been snowing since before Thanksgiving. On a happier note, I did see a breif patch of blue sky today.

I can hear Russell now “snow blower? What is a snow blower?” He is probably thinking it must be the thing that they make the slush with that they put in Margaurita’s.
Jae, “San Diego on the Ohio”??? I’ve been to Cinci in the winter time and I can truthfully say you have been smoking too much on that pipe.
