To walk or not to walk....

Gaff trained and if it feels risky just shoot my cam pole up which works in any weather.
Love tech toys as you all know but see no reason to waste money on a drone for what I do.
Might be good for Bells and whistles though.

Only into this for a little over 400 dollars

Gee Dan I must have been wrong I swear before the almighty that is the first time in my life that I was ever wrong;-) I will try very hard to clean up my act.:p:D

Charley: In answer to the 1st question you tossed to me.

a) Look at pic real carefully. They were so brittle, I’d of broken or damaged more of those little beauties walking them.

b) As worn, brittle and damaged as they were … My opinion is unsafe for me to walk.

c) Report Comments Were:

The roof covering appears to be at the end of its useful life. The roof was inspected from the ground due to excessive existing damage.

During the examination of the wood shake roof, I noted the following conditions present: excessive damaged and missing shakes; excess damaged and missing ridge caps; gaps or separation of ridge caps; nail pops; raised shakes; holes in shakes at many locations; rusted and separated flashing; etc. These conditions lend themselves to moisture intrusion.

I recommend having a licensed and competent roofing contractor read the report; review the roofing system, its accessories and their conditions; and then replace any defects or unreliable conditions as needed to properly correct them (in my opinion this means a new roof).

I also recommend that you verify the insurability and acceptability of any roofing with your insurance company prior to closing escrow.
