New to HI. Other than the obvious like Insurance, Membership Fees, Reporting Software, Digital Camera, Ladder, Shoe covers or Slips and Flashlite… #1 What is the equipment and supplies deemed necessary to do an honest and thorough inspection and #2 what are nice things to have to make your job more enjoyable but not necessary. Can some of you more experienced inspectors help me here. Not interested to know what toys you like but does not add value to a business. Really after the nuts and bolts kind of stuff.
