PPE should also be on your list. Goggles, gloves. Don’t want to be electrocuted!

Something to detect temperatures . Laser thermometer, and a digi.

Tick tester. Detects electrical current without a multi meter or using the back of your hand ![icon_eek.gif](upload://yuxgmvDDEGIQPAyP9sRnK0D0CCY.gif)

Water pressure gauge.

Sure test or at the very least a 3 bulb tester. actually you need two one without the ground prong.

Gas sniffer (optional)

Flashlight.
Should be flashlights. Small one for under sinks etc. and a big old enormous one for crawls and attic spaces.

Filter mask for crawls and attics.

Overalls see above

Extra shoes or booties. Might be wet outside.

I carry a small rechargeable vac for the inevitable insulation laying on the floor after entering the attic space.

Leatherman type tool always comes in handy.

In my case, anti poisonous critter spray.

And most importantly homeowner/Realtor entertainment ie. Info to read, food to eat ect.

The list goes on and on.

Gary,

Most newcomers I know don’t test for mold. Unless of course you already have experience in that area. Just a thought.

The list is extensive and will evolve over time. Now the real piece of equipment no one mentioned…a truck or van to carry all the stuff in.
