Trane air handler upside down?

I did an inspection on a manufactured home and found that the Trane electric air handler was upside down. Is this ok? It just doesn’t seem right to me that I had to read the labels upside down as well. Thanks for any input.

I’m pretty sure that certain Trane units as well as some other brands can be installed in multiple positions if they are installed correctly. If you have the model # looked up the installation manual and it should have instructions/ diagrams on how the unit can be installed.

The install may be correct for downflow if the coil was installed in the correct orientation.
