Just had a question I thought I would throw out here. If you find old evidence or non active evidence of WDO. Do you recommend treatment?

Yes, evidence of activity such as tubes, frass, live insects, dead insects, insect parts, bee stains, bore holes and damage are acceptable reasons to suggest treatment and further evaluation. I will not provide a clear certification with any of the above factors present.
Further inspection and treatment / repair as needed.
Agree!!! If it was treated properly then it should have been cleaned and evidence removed properly
