Do any Houston/Central Texas inspectors know or have dealt with Trinity Foundation repair. One of my clients is purchasing a house in Austin and Trinity Foundation (out of Cypress, TX) performed the repairs. Work seems a bit questionable (no back fill around foundation, ZipLevel readings still high). Can’t find much info on the company; but what I am finding is concerning. Any insight from area inspectors would be appreciated.
Hey Andrew. I don’t have any personal feedback for Trinity, but in general, a homeowner would want to know:
What were the elevation readings prior to and after the repair?
Did they level the home or just install piers to stop it from moving?
What are their warranty terms? Type of piers used?
