Trump should pardon Hunter Biden

Oh, that. It seems that only the left have read that thing.

There is nothing for Biden to pardon Trump for. The case he lost was a state case, and Biden doesn’t have the power to pardon that.

Biden could pardon Hunter, since those were federal charges. I for one fully expect him to do just that prior to leaving office.

Biden could have dismissed the federal charges - same sentiment.

Yet, you seem to be in full support of it…

This is my handbook. If you sincerely want to know more, feel free to ask.

I am in support of what I said. Liberty exists because of God which provides our inalienable rights. They are not given to us by man. Our government wants to say otherwise and mimic European ideology. Our government does not currently operate on the symbolism illustrated by that monument.

You’re confusing the Declaration of Independence with the Constitution. The Declaration is a statement of faith, the Constitution is the basis for our laws created by man.

I’m not confusing anything. Trust.

Unfortunately, it does seem like not enough people read it.

No reason to freak out. Most of them will likely be fired in a short bit.

I probably oversimplify things because the media oversimplifies things. Project 25 is not an agenda that Trump has endorsed. But it is an ultraconservative think tank, and there will be connections, not unlike Harris’s Marxist father or Obama’s Pastor.

So I suspect when there is any connection, the left will gleefully hold it up for all to see.

Isn’t that what we want?

I guess. I don’t really need to see the connection each time a conservative policy appears to be reflected in Project 25 entry. I can tell you now that may be fairly common just because of conservatism.

The problem with Project 25 is that it has some radical ideas that Trump wants nothing to do with. He has distanced himself as far from it as possible. Trump is more moderate than people give him credit. He is more like Bill Clinton than anything in Project 25.

Admittingly, Bill likes Amnesty. That’s not Trump’s ideal result.

I suppose so. I will keep an eye out for more solid connections and post them when I can.

On a related note, how do you feel about Trump wanting to bypass congressional oversight of his picks for his administration?

Are you talking about recess appointments?

President Obama made 32 recess appointments, all to full-time positions. During his presidency, President William J. Clinton made 139 recess appointments, 95 to full-time positions and 44 to part-time positions. President George W. Bush made 171 recess appointments, 99 to full-time positions and 72 to part-time positions.

As far as the rumor that Trump could adjourn Congress to push recess appointments, according to this he doesn’t have the power to do that.
