If your looking at getting into to radon measurement then you will need two monitor’s one to measure and one for your duplicates which are required every 10 measurements or so.

@Shannon The radon monitor can be operated on battery power or AC power. When connected to AC power, the battery provides back-up power. However, even when operating on AC power, a battery must be installed to provide backup power.
