Off gassed lately ?
Did second inspection this week for the gentleman who did not buy that home .
He got mortgage approval on this home today and it looks like he is going to buy it $6,00;00 less and a much nicer home good things come to those who look and wait .
He told me that he mentioned to the Bank mortgage Manager about the UFFI and they where very happy for him and they also told him they will not give a mortgage on a home with UFFI .
The bank had sent up an appraiser and he did not catch it.
He thinks we are a great inspection company . ( I agree of course )
