Saw this on Facebook. I think the wire is supposed to wrap around the screw the other way.

I like that, but yes the wire is supposed to wrap clockwise. I would suggest substituting a pan head screw with a clockwise wrap.
They should have gotten a screw with a wing nut. They could tighten it by hand that way.
